Court Rental & Membership
Court Rental:
Winter Court Rates for members: prime time is 4 units per hour ( 8:00 am- 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm- 8:00 pm Monday-Friday, weekends until 6:00 pm). Non prime time is 2 units per hour (12:00 pm- 3:00 pm Monday through Friday)
Winter Court Rental Rate for Non Unit Member: $80 Per Hour = $20pp if you are playing doubles. Platinum Membership
Membership at OSRC has its benefits. As a year round platinum member you can play tennis unlimited throughout the year , play pickleball, play home matches for USTA and use our pool during the Summer, all for NO additional cost. You can join in our tennis and pickleball socials and other club events for no additional fee. Platinum members receive a discounted price for all adult clinics and point play.
Gold Membership
As a year round Gold member you have a very small court fee when you play, lower USTA fee than unit members and non members, and use of the pool during the Summer. Our clay courts can be used for no additional court fee during the summer months as well. Gold Members receive a discount on adult clinics and point play.
Tennis Unit (basic membership)
There are no membership fee(s) at Old Saybrook Racquet Club. A "Unit Member" is simply an individual or a family who purchase units to reduce the court rental rate during any given unit membership year. Each court has a unit value, which is divided amongst the players on your court. To start using units to pay for your court rental, you must first purchase a block of either 30 or 50 units at the FIRST block rate. Your per unit rate will be reduced even further when you consume all your first block of units and you purchased additional unit block. The FIRST smaller block of 30 units is an option for those who play tennis less often. Our 2023 Membership Year starts October 1st, 2023 and ends September 30th 2024, and you can purchase units throughout the membership year!
